E36ATRIUM acts only as a platform connecting users. We do not participate in transactions between users and are not responsible for:
Any transaction is strictly between users. PRO badges and feedback signals are informational only and do not guarantee a transaction.

All technical data — torque figures, capacities, procedures, fitment calculations and diagrams — is provided for reference only. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness or suitability for your car. Always verify against the official service documentation for your exact model, year and market before performing any work.
Automated assistance. Diagnostic suggestions are generated automatically and are phrased by software, not written by a mechanic. They can be incomplete or wrong, including on points where the underlying reference is correct. Treat them as a starting point for your own diagnosis, never as an instruction to follow.
Work on vehicles carries real risk. Brakes, steering, suspension, fuel, airbags and jacking can cause serious injury or death if handled incorrectly. You are solely responsible for deciding whether you are competent to carry out any work, for using appropriate equipment, and for having safety-critical work checked by a qualified professional. If in doubt, do not proceed.
We offer free and paid (PRO) plans, including marketplace limits and PRO identity features. We may modify features or pricing at any time with notice. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; Lifetime is a single payment.
Immediate access and withdrawal. PRO is digital content delivered the moment payment clears. At checkout you expressly request that immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once it begins, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to a distance contract. We record that acknowledgement with your order.
Refunds. Because access begins immediately, payments are not refundable. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account: it stops renewing and PRO stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not refund that period.
None of this affects your rights where a payment was taken in error, where we fail to provide the service, or any other remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
All platform content (excluding user content) is owned by E36ATRIUM. You may not reuse or redistribute without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euros.
