Delete your E36ATRIUM account

From the app or the website

1. Sign in at e36atrium.com or in the E36ATRIUM app.
2. Open the Account Center (your profile icon).
3. Under “Account actions”, tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Without signing in

Email contact@e36atrium.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

Your profile, garages and vehicles, service and maintenance records, market listings and wanted requests, forum threads and replies, messages and uploaded photos.

What may be kept

Records of PRO payments, only for as long as the law requires. Nothing else is kept.

When

We confirm the request by email and delete the account within 30 days.
